We strive for 100% satisfaction with your purchase and stand behind our products! If you have received a damaged or defective items, please email us within 10 days of receiving and we will rectify this right away!
Effective December 1, 2019, any items you are not 100% satisfied with, we offer 10 days upon the receipt of your items to contact us for a exchange / store credit. We now only offer exchange or store credit for returns. We no longer issue refunds to original method of payment. Store credit never expires. For online orders wishing to receive store credit, you will be emailed an e-gift card within 3 days of us receiving your item. Items will be inspected to ensure they are in unused condition with original tags still attached.
Our return policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange or store credit.
**To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.**
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: sale items, giftcards, hats, gloves, scarves, sunglasses, jewelry and swimwear.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
